Make sure you take BEFORE and AFTER (front, back, and side) pictures, and your progress at the end of each month to see how far you’ve come. NO SHORTCUTS, OK? Take breaks whenever necessary. Do the best you can. There is NO judgement. DO NOT push yourself to over exhaustion. In other words, pace yourself. Lastly, don’t worry about where you are right now.
